Cancellation policy
Monthly Subscription Policy: By purchasing a Monthly Subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring Monthly Subscription at the then-current subscription rate, you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel your Monthly Subscription at any time, subject to the terms of our Cancellation Policy.
- AUTOMATIC MONTHLY RENEWAL TERMS- Once you subscribe, Sassy Misfits will automatically process your monthly subscription fee in the next billing cycle. Sassy Misfits will continue to automatically process your monthly subscription fee each month at the then-current monthly rate until you cancel your subscription.
If we do not receive payment from your credit card or if your credit card expires or is rejected, your product for the month WILL NOT be issued or shipped. If any outstanding fees occur we reserve the right to take all steps necessary to collect the amount due from you, including but not limited to legal action and/or using third-party collection agencies.
Returns or Exchanges- There will be ABSOLUTELY NO returns/exchanges on any items or products received in your Monthy Subscription Box. If you have any quality issue concerns about your product, please email SassyMisfitsinfo@gmail.com. We will work with you to address your concerns.
Cancellation- You may cancel your Monthly Subscription at any time after the billing of the then-current billing cycle by following the procedure on the "Cancel Subscription" section on your account page.
Cancellation is effective immediately upon completing the cancellation process, which means that after canceling your subscription you will NOT be sent any additional products. We DO NOT offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits on any Monthy Subscriptions.
You may change or update your Monthly Subscription options at any time PRIOR to the current shipping cycle. This can be done on your Account Page.
