ARE THE WIGS HUMAN HAIR OR SYNTHETIC?
HOW DO I CHOOSE THE RIGHT WIG FOR ME?
Choosing the right wig depends on your lifestyle, comfort preferences, and personal style. Consider length, density, cap size, and how often you plan to wear it. If you're unsure, we're always happy to help guide you before purchasing. We also recommend a style that is close to your bio hair and length if you are a first-time wig wearer.
WHAT DOES LACE FRONT MEAN?
A lace front wig has a sheer lace panel at the front hairline that creates a natural-looking appearance. This allows the hair to look like it's growing from the scalp and can be styled away from the face.
WHAT DOES MONOFILAMENT MEAN?
Monofilament refers to a special cap construction that creates the appearance of natural hair growth and allows the hair to move freely. Monofilament styles offer a realistic look, enhanced comfort, and are often considered a luxury option.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY WIG MOVES AROUND A LOT OR SLIDES BACK?
You can try a wig grip or gluing down your wig. We also advise that you are wearing the correct size for your head circumference.
WHAT DO I DO WITH THE LACE?
You can use a regular pair of scissors to cut the lace. When cutting the lace, you follow the hairline exactly for removal.
CAN I WEAR MY WIG EVERY DAY?
Yes. Our wigs are designed for everyday wear. Comfort, security, and wearability are always prioritized. Just keep in mind that daily wear will naturally create more friction and require routine care.
CAN I STRAIGHTEN OR PUT HEAT ON MY WIG?
I do not recommend applying heat to the wig, but most wigs can withstand a low heat setting. If you do choose to do this, know that Sassy Misfits is not responsible for a damaged wig. Keep in mind that once a synthetic wig is heat-styled, it may not return to its original style.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I WASH MY WIG?
Wigs do not need to be washed as frequently as natural hair. Most styles can be washed after 10-15 wears or when product buildup is noticable. Over-washing can shorten the lifespan of your wig. WHY DOES MY WIG TANGLE AT THE NAPE?
Nape tangling is common due to friction from clothing, movement, and daily wear. This is normal and does not indicate a defect. Proper care and routine maintenance help minimize tangling.
WHAT CAP SIZES DO YOU OFFER?
Most of our styles are available in small and average cap sizes. Small fits a range from 19" - 21.5" circumference. Average fits a range from 21.5" up to a 23" circumference. Large fits a 22" - 23.5" circumference.

WHY DOES MY WIG FEEL BIGGER THAN EXPECTED?
Some styles, especially those with extended lace or certain cap constructions, may feel roomier. This doesn't necessarily mean the size is incorrect. Adjusting the internal straps or a wig grip can often improve the fit.

HOW QUICKLY DO ORDERS SHIP?

MY WIG SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE IT?
If your order was scanned by the post office as delivered to your address, then Sassy Misfits is not responsible for lost/stolen packages. You will need to contact your local post office. To ensure proper delivery, please make sure the shipping address is correct at time of checkout.
WILL SOLD-OUT STYLES BE RESTOCKED?
Some styles are restocked, while others are limited and may not return. Sassy Misfits list of core styles are periodically restocked, under no specific time frame. If restock notifications are available, you can sign up directly on the product page.
