Refund policy

We have a NO return policy, which means all sales are FINAL. There will be NO cancellations accepted on PRE-ORDERS or ONE HOUR after any order is placed. Cancellation is at the discretion of Sassy Misfits.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
There will be no exchanges of purchases.

Refunds
Refunds will only be made under Sassy Misfits discretion. 

CANCELLATIONS

We strive to process and fulfill all customer orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. For this reason, all cancellation requests must be made within one (1) hour of placing the order.

Once an order has been confirmed and more than one (1) hour has passed, the order enters our processing and fulfillment workflow. At that point, it may not be canceled for any reason, and all sales are considered final. This includes, but is not limited to:

    •    In-stock items

    •    Pre-orders

    •    Limited edition or promotional items
